In New York, tipping has gone overboard. We're supposed to tip the super, anyone who brings anything to our door, the coffee barista, the guy at the deli, the hair washer AND the stylist, the cab driver and the doorman. With the holidays, it gets even more complicated. We're now supposed to throw in a few more bucks when getting our nails done. Sigh. But what about the hairstylist?
