The Cutest Thing on the Emmy Red Carpet

I love her smokey eye makeup and nude lips paired with tan skin and super blonde locks. She rocked the ponytail look and took to the red carpet in a short dress which looked fabulous against the gold of the Emmy. Plus, her winner's speech was incredibly genuine -- she was the only person who was overcome with emotion, she actually squeaked. Big thumbs up.
