This is one of my favorite images of Michelle Obama, with daughter Sasha. Sasha is apparently the more outgoing of the Obama sisters. Unlike Malia, Sasha loves the limelight, according to her parents, going so far as to high-five Vice President Dick Cheney on Capitol Hill. In an interview in Ladies Home Journal her parents have this to say about her outgoing nature:
Barack Obama: If anybody went into politics, it would be Sasha, because she's such a ham. We don't take them to too many campaign events, but on the occasions where we have, Malia's kind of shy and waving just a little bit. And Sasha's just --
Michelle Obama: Right out there --
Barack Obama: She's shaking it.
Michelle Obama: Giving people high-fives.
